We will deliver what we promise. From the condition of the records all the way through until the sale has been completed and you, the buyer, are satisfied. A dealer's reputation is built hand in hand with their business. If you don't deliver the goods, that becomes your reputation. Misrepresent the condition of your albums and that becomes your reputation. We are keenly aware of how reputations are built and destroyed.
Before this website was started, we had already established our presence on eBay. eBay is and always will be a major part of our online sales and we do not wish to harm the good business reputation that has been built there. In other words, ethical and fair business practices are very important to us.
If you are not pleased with the graded condition of your record, we will refund your money. Please review our returns policy here.
We do not and will not operate as a drop shipper or sell records that we do not have in our inventory. If we sell a record and for some reason we do not remove it from our database in time and you order an out of stock item, we will give you a 10% discount on any purchase you make within the next 30 days.
Your records will be shipped as securely as possible with cardboard padding, bubblewrap, and sealed in a plastic bag inside the pizza box style mailer. We won't skimp and cut corners with shipping materials.
Our turnaround time is no more than 2 business days. If in the event we fall behind on fulfiling orders, we will let you know immediately. We ship albums via Media Mail with the US Post Office and Media Mail can be a slow delivery method. Getting your order packaged and shipped as soon as possible is important to us in giving you a high level of satisfaction with us.
